The San Francisco Treat!

There aren't a whole lot of things better than a girls trip to San Francisco! Last week, I had the opportunity to go with my mom, Mandee, Becka, Mandee's Mom, my aunt, and my cousins, to San Francisco. We have been doing this for 10 years now, and just talked my aunt and cousins into coming with us. We had a great time shopping, eating, shopping, eating, shopping, eating (see the trend here) and occasionally sleeping. We made it to all of the usual spots: Stanford Shopping Center, The Village Cheese House, the outlets in Gilroy, The City, the cable car, Union Square, and Draeger's Supermarket. We ate lunch at the Sourdough Factory in the city, and made the annual trip to World Market and the Garlic Store, and watched chick flicks. All of us brought our books (most of which were the Twilight series). We had great weather, not too many people, and lots of laughs. Mike did great, as he always does when I am gone. The kids had a great time, the moms had a great time, but it was fun to get back home again. I am grateful to my husband for letting me have these type of excursions, and my mom for taking me on them.
